Will I Lose My Home or Cars?

I"m often asked, may I keep my home, my car and my other personal property of I file bankruptcy? The answer to that question is generally yes. In the state of Kansas we have very liberal exemption laws that allow you to keep most of your property if you are going to pay for it.
